Terms and conditions
XINGE TRANSPORT

Our Terms and Conditions apply to all exports of pigeons and birds delivered to one of the addresses listed below or collected from your home, either through our services or an external courier.

By using our services, you, as the "Sender," agree on behalf of yourself, the recipient of this shipment, and all interested parties that the following Terms and Conditions apply.

Sender = the person who delivers the pigeons to the responsible party at Xinge Transport CommV in the country of departure. This person also acts as the principal.

Recipient = the person who receives the pigeons from the import agent in your destination country.

Xinge Transport CommV is not responsible for death, theft, or loss before, during, or after transport, quarantine, and other logistical movements. The Sender expressly agrees to this. The Sender is aware that no insurance is available for the transport of pigeons.

The Sender and the recipient in the destination country are aware that the transport price per pigeon excludes taxes of the destination country. It is the Sender's duty to declare the correct values to the carrier so that these values can be communicated to the relevant authorities in the destination country and the country of departure. It is also the Sender's responsibility to ensure that import taxes and VAT are paid by either themselves or their recipient in the destination country.

Xinge Transport CommV, the exporter, or the importer of the pigeons can never be held responsible for incorrectly declared values.

The Sender also expressly agrees that if there is a problem with the shipment and it needs to return to the country of departure or transit country, costs may be charged to them, including valuation of declared values, customs duties, freight costs, and quarantine costs. The Sender also expressly agrees that if the shipment is rejected upon arrival due to a government-imposed reason and if the pigeons cannot be returned, they will not make a claim against Xinge Transport CommV and will not receive compensation for any losses and/or damages. This refers to the applicable Belgian legislation and regulations for the import of animals into the European Union.

The Sender and the recipient are responsible for the export and import of the pigeons. If the Sender is not the seller but another person, they must inform the interested parties accordingly.

The Sender can choose to have the costs invoiced upon arrival in the destination country. However, they remain responsible to XINGE TRANSPORT COMMV for the payment of transport costs and any import costs in the destination country if their recipient does not make the payment. The Sender expressly confirms their agreement to this.

The pigeons must be vaccinated against PMV (Newcastle Disease) at least 30 days before delivery and not more than 180 days.

The Sender declares that the pigeons are fit to travel.

The Sender always declares that the above details are true and correct and that Xinge Transport CommV cannot be held responsible for anything.
